 They have not returned my calls regarding this matter.

Review: Cancelled alarm monitoring contract in 2007.

Has continued to harass and intimidate my family with threatening phone calls and written correspondence.

They have now place this 'past due' account in collections.

Alarm system has NEVER worked properly and had to be replaced with new equipment from a reputable alarm company.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] does not stop his systematic and threatening hand written 'notes' I shall seek legal remedy with and 'order of no contact / protection'

I am contacting the Revdex.com in the hope that other potential customers are made aware of our experience.
