MY WIFE RECENTLY LOST HER INSURANCE ANT RESPITEC HAS HELPED US WITH HER NEEDS AND I REALLY FEEL THEY ARE THE GREATEST COMPANT AROUND...THANK YOU RESPITEC..CLIFF

I was referred to Respitec by my insurance company and it has been nothing but a disaster from the very start. My first order was delayed by over 2 weeks and when I spoke to a manager (even getting her on the phone was difffcult) she was condescending and only offered excuses about the delay. My most recent order was again delayed by 3 weeks and I was told they were busy with a lot of orders and had a lot of staff turnover lately. (I was told when I place the order it would be 5-8 days). The 2 employees that made those excuses both pretended to believed that was justification for the extended delay. This is my last order with Respitec Medical and if you are smart and care about your health you will avoid this company at all costs.
