Review: My CPAP machine broke. Company never responded to my letter.Desired Settlement: I own a Respironics CPAP A-Flex with a System One humidifier. Recently the humidifier stopped working. I took the complete unit to my DME and they tested it (I did not see how they tested it) and said the heater is working.Subsequent to visiting my DME I tired every possible scenario to get the heater to work including accessing the clinician settings. The heater does not work.After blogging about my defective Respironic unit and researching the Internet for a similar problem I found several Respironic owners with identical units and with identical problems as mine. By this, I mean that other owners explained online the exact same problem I was having as the same problem they were having.I do not believe that the humidifier is the problem. My conclusion is that the main unit heater circuit is defective. My educated guess is based from seeing similar failures with automotive computers and possibley the main board is bad, possibly the ground circuit. Just an educated guess. This
