This letter is in response to complaint made 12-17-2015.
They purchased 10-18-2015 and had 3 business days in which to cancel their contract.
when you are booking trip there are several different prices for the same trip and many variables...

that change prices. The quality of the place they are staying, season, and air flights along with when the trip is booked. If we were given the same flights and accommodations etc. we will meet or beat others prices. Unfortunately, some of our customers see a cheaper price and once we compare we beat their prices as not all the fees were included. Unfortunately, we never received information on the trip they found to try and beat their prices.
We are more than will to try and help[redacted] with any future travel planes they may have. We know our best discounts come from Condo Rentals, Cruse Packages and Vacation Packages. We also offer discounts on hotels and car rentals We do not get discounts from airlines and so we can only offer the lowest rate at the time of booking and those bookings are done on-line unless part of a package. (Airlines prices change often). We would like to offer $300 towards their next vacation with us, because of their inconvenience.

Their response makes no sense. There were no flights involved just a condo package. There were no condo fees involved although they tried to charge for them. We ended up booking directly through the hotel for less money They were given an opportunity to beat the price but failed to do so, and made no effort to produce the guarantee that they would save us money on our needs.They do not deliver what they promised and charged us for, and that, in our opinion, is FRAUD.
They have other complaints against them and I would bet it is for the same thing. Under normal circumstances we would have never realized that this was a scam except we tried to use their service immediately. They didn't give us what we paid for, and made no effort to satisfy us.

We are sorry that you have not found the savings you were looking for with our travel program. In order to have cancelled within the 3 day rescission period all we needed was a phone call to our office to do so. Nothing was needed to be done...
