I was not able to call by 1/6/15, but I did leave a message on or around 1/9/and said I would like to discuss the issue. I will try to reach the customer today either at the work number or later today at the home number

I have been away since 12/14/and return 1/6/ I did call back to the number I was given before leaving, but it was a work number and it was after work hours when I called I believe the issue can be resolved and I will call when I am back in the
office on the 6th or 7th
