RESOURCES NORTWEST IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY AROUND
SINCE DAY MY RENTAL HAS BEEN UNSAFE IN FACT AFTER ONLY LIVING HERE WEEKS THE CITY INSPECTORS CAME OUT & FOUND VIOLATIONS THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THING I HAVE NO HEAT, NO INSULATION, TOXIC MOLD, RATS IN THE WALLS, NO OUTDOOR LIGHTING, AND MORE
THEY IGNORE ALL REQUESTS FOR REPAIRS I CANNOT AFFORD TO MOVE THE MOLD IS SO BAD ALL OUR BELONGINGS ARE GETTING RUINED, OUR HEALTH IS DECLINING, I AM TERRIFIED AND DON'T FEEL SAFE HERE
DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY SUCK!!

resources northwest is now cascade investmentsI have lived on his property for almost yearsrent kept being raised and my septic,heat pump etc still have not been fixedwe just recieved a day notice to terminate our tenancy along with two other people on the property without given reasonHe has not fixed one thing on our poperty the whole time we have lived there
