My experience with tellers have always been positive, however my experience when having to dispute transactions are the worst I have ever dealt withI've had to dispute transactions times within the last couple of yearsFirst time it took well over weeks to clearSecond time due to atm malfunction after much complaining pretty swiftly but one week later my card had an unauthorized transaction and have had to wait well over a week now to get it resolvedDo not expect them to correct the funds until after they have done their investigation (business days) meanwhile you're out this moneyI call to get status on a dispute and have to get transferred to where its outsourced and THAT company even has a hard time finding your information if you don't have specificsOther banks do not make customers wait this long to get their money returned
