Resorts West

In late September I called Resorts West Vacation Club to discus my options based on the change in my personal circumstances. I was told I had to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back.In early October I called Resorts West Vacation Club again and was told again, I had to leave a voice mail. I received a call back on October 12. I explained my situation to the customer service representative, she said she would review it with her manager and call me back the next day. She never returned the call. In mid-November I mailed a letter, requesting resolution to this issue. I still have not heard back from Resorts West Vacation Club. Product_Or_Service: Majestic Adventure PackageDesired SettlementI am requesting a refund of the money paid for services unreceived.Business Response I have instructed our VP of Sales and Marketing to reach out to [redacted] in order to fully understand the complaint beyond the lack of communication on our part which is unacceptable on its own.I have also instructed our VP to make things right with [redacted] which rest assured we will and will communicate back to Revdex.com once resolved which should be this week. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I would like to clarify that the package only just expired on 11/30 and I had been trying to resolve this issue prior to expiration date. Besides this, I was pleased with the respond from Resorts West. A completely different experience than I had previously with this company. I appreciate Revdex.com's service in this matter.
