Resorts Rescued

Review: I have tried to contact the company over the last year to get a refund. They have yet to return my phone calls. I signed a contract on 05/2011 for the sell of a timeshare. I sent them the moneys they requested. Was able to contact them once in the beginning. Sent them a written request for my refund of $1299.00 since a year has gone be with no action. When try to contact them by phone I get a recording.Desired Settlement: would like them to send my refund as stated in my contract. No questions asked. Would like them to return phone calls.

Review: I paid Resorts Rescued, LLC $3279.00 to get my timeshare out of my name. They did not do what they promised by getting the timeshare out of my name. When I called to see what was going on, they were inconsistent with their instructions of what I should do. If I left a message for someone to call me back, I would have to call back a few days later because no one returned my calls. I am not pleased with the company at all and I had to borrow the money to pay them and now I am making payments on a loan that I received no results for. Now the timeshare company is working with me to resolve it without Resorts Rescued, LLC's help.
