At all times we do our very best to explain the ownership and all the costs associated with ownership of the Resale weeks we sell. Based on our review we nor Ms. [redacted] was aware of the additional prepaid Maintenance fee required by the Home Owners Association at [redacted]. As this put undue burden on Ms. [redacted] we have agreed to cancel the purchase.
