Resort Funding didn't receive this complaint until a second notice was forwarded due to a change of address for Resort Funding After researching this account, there was a misunderstanding with one of the collectors for Resort Funding on the payment to be paid by Ms***, Ms [redacted] is suggesting that Resort Funding deposit money back into her account for the error, however the payment did not clear Ms***'s bank account since the payment was nsf dSince this occurred, Resort Funding has reversed lata fees and NSF fees on Ms***s accountWe apologize for any inconveniencePlease also let Ms [redacted] know that we would like to discuss this with her to clear up any confusion on the correction of the errorAgain, we are sorry for any inconvenience.Thank you
