I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I recieved a complaint about a client who says she wanted to leave our fitness center because of children on the workout floor. It is a surprise to us that she has chosen to file a complaint, she seemed to be happy here. We received  messages that [redacted] was upset that we were selling too many...

products and she  wanted to leave for that reason.  A month or two after she left, she sent us some threatening emails saying she  was going to call CrossFit HQ and tell them we were not following some rules that she made up, then she was going to call our insurance company and tell  them we had kids at the gym.  It seems like she is just trying to hurt our small business in any way she can.  What would you suggest we do to handle this? I've attached some photos of our facility that [redacted] attended. These are during high intensity workouts with no children in sight. We have never had a  child hurt during our 5 years in business- we do offer exercise classes for  kids ages 7-18 so there are kids allowed in the gym.  We are not crazy, we don't have kids running under people lifting weights  or babies crawling near them. I don't even know what to say to that.  I'd be happy to supply testimonials from our current clients, even from some who  worked out next to [redacted], who can verify these thing. I can provide videos of workouts for every day of the week to show our normal classes that have either no kids or kids only in safe places in the gym.
