Resolution Fire & Flood

After we had a slab leak in our house, we were trying to deal with our insurance company regarding the repairs and Resolution came out in order to do a Damage/Claim report. They were able to schedule quickly which was a plus. Also, our technician listened intently to our concerns and asked a lot of questions regarding sequence of events. The turnaround for the report was impressive and damage was well-documented and accurate. I was able to get it to our insurance company in a timely manner in order for them to address the issue. Resolution even followed-up with us after to see if there was anything else we or our insurance company needed. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
