Where do I even begin? It’s been a nightmare from beginning to end. After receiving my new C-Pap machine, I began to have some problems with the settings. I called the Rep with whom I had met when I first got the machine. She was incredibly rude and impatient. After all, why should she care if I can’t breathe at night? I mean, come on! On other calls, the reps have been either incredibly stupid, or rude when it is completely uncalled for. Speaking to me as if I were a dumb kid, demanding to know if I have been using my machine every night. Why wouldn’t I?

Phone calls were highly stressful. Struggling to make myself understood to outsourced staff with strong accents, being passed from one person to another, long wait times with no real resolution to the problem.

Then I read that you can basically buy your own machine and not have to deal with the incompetent is at this company. So I got a copy of my prescription and that is just what I did. Sure, I couldn’t really afford it, and will be making payments for months, but I am dealing with a much nicer company with great customer service!

My overall opinion of Adapt Health, is that they are monumentally disorganized, possibly fraudulent, and I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere. If you do deal with them, please scrutinize all invoices, and compare charges against those of your financial institution and your insurance company. And if at all possible, give this company a miss altogether.
