The Roof in question was installed threw a solar company which after installing we made a trip to this clients location for service and all roof issues were resolved per solar company signed off on this clientThe gutters were separate from the roof and the client was told
after multiple trips to his location taking them down and reinstalling them that his gutter size needed to be upgraded. Client was trying to be cost effective and save also didn't want to cover the cost of the gutters (per installer) which is the reason for the overflowWe made multiple attempts to help Mr*** but couldn't make him happy

I am rejecting this response because:
I have video showing these gutters failing in multiple locations under any rain event. It is nonsense about trying to save money, I was quoted a price for a complete gutter system, and I paid it. The whole thing fails in multiple locations due to improper installation. This business has even acknowledged they were installed incorrectly, sent guys over, only to have the guys re-hang one gutter on the house and leave to another job without completing the correction.
