Residential Repair Services initially installed many window panes previous to be buying the house as part of the home inspection process. They were contracted through the previous owner. About 14 months later the one window began to fog up again. When I called I was immediately deferred to [redacted] company with no explanation. When I called them they had no recollection of being subcontracted to handle this. I then called Residential Repair back and when they answered I was told in a rude tone they wouldn't do anything for me and to track down the previous owner of the home. As a business owner I could never imagine treating a customer like that. Just a courtesy buyer beware posting.
