These people are not all they have 'cracked up to be'Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! Before the sale, I had a professional estimateThe estimator was professional, and nice, and promised a lotThis was to be less than what was offered 1) The subcontractors showed up WEEKS early, and were ready to start work well before their planned start date (doesn't sound like a problem until you realize they were pushing things off, and then moving them up against my schedule) 2) The subcontractor broke a windowIf it had not been for me taking a VIDEO walk around before the project, I would not have been able to prove itProblem was RR did NOT care about the window, instead throwing me back to the contractor who denied it, then offered a plywood cover for the window as a PERMANENT solution 3) I asked for my warranty paperwork several times after the project (which took just under weeks to complete) was doneThe representative was rude and discourteous GET IT ALL IN WRITING AND WATCH

The estimate visit was very informative and when the men came to do the work I was very impressed with the respectfulness
