Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This contractor has a poor understanding of customer relations and is obviously doing a poor job estimating his jobs I personally think this job was beyond his skill set and got over his head No communication about his concerns of costs or schedulues, he just walked away His inspection of the damage of my appliance also shows his lack of attention to detail There is no debris on the microwave The appliance's plastic face was desolved by the paint remover [redacted]

I quit the job because the clients were disrespectful, rude, and very pushyI spent many hours and wasted many products trying to please these clientsI would recommend that any contractor not take any jobs from these people as they are sure to be frustrated and disappointed with any type of communication with themThis client picked a high gloss product and after receiving a sample they stated they do not like shiny finishesThey also would opt out of having us there to do the job when they were unable to be thereI had to pay my employees to do nothing on more than one occasion due to the clientThe microwave is not ruined and a product like "goof off" would remove any small paint debris that got on it while my employees were stripping their cabinetry

Residential Renovation and Construction completed several renovation projects in my home MrD***’ attention to detail and structure and foundation will last for many yearsI hired him to renovate my staircaseHe took it from an outdated, unsafe stairwell to a safe and beautiful area of the homeI then hired him to renovate my master bathroom However, before he could begin, he discovered severe structural damage to the pier and beam foundation that was making my house unsafe He repaired the underlying damage, including raising the house back up inchesMy house is stories with a basement, so I know lifting stories was no easy featMy master bathroom is beautiful He was able to transform the space to make it more modern and create storage space within the original areaI am years old and I have never had anyone reach the quality of his work

Residential Renovation and Construction did a complete takeout of the old bathroom and built a handicapped ready bathroom of tile and granite within the footprint of the original. Edmond Demirs, the owner, drew a plan rearranging cabinetry and counter space that increased storage as well as modernized the total look of the space. To accommodate a wheelchair the entry door was enlarged and the shower was built without a curb. There is nothing I would change about my new bathroom.
