My complaint is that we had a written deal in email format and the deal was not held upWe were told that the would remove our old insulation out of our crawl space and then patch the hole in our basement wallNeither of these were done correctlyWe had to pay different people to fix these issues that they didn't do correctlyWhen I brought it to their attention they said it wasn't a part of their cost for the job so they won't do anything about itI said the price of what we had to pay to have it fixed correctly should come off of the bill that we owed themThey said if I attempted to pay anything less they would put a lean on our homeThat is just unacceptable
