I am rejecting this response because:
I got a letter on 2/27/15 from the VP of the Residential Mortgage Services company  and he was apologizing for Mr Jason rude behaviour. Then I get Mr Jason letter that is full of lies and accusations .
I forwarded a copy of Mr Jason letter to the VP of company Mr Robert,Bob, J[redacted]
