Review: My parents were contact by [redacted] from Residential Home Funding about refinancing their home.

They completed all the paperwork and were convinced this was a done deal so they spent 450.00 dollars for the home appraisal. They have made several phone calls but no one will return their call. I myself have called at least 20 times (can not talk to a human) and no return call. I emailed the company and again no response. First I would like to know if this company is still in business. My parents are really concerned being this company has all their personal information. Even though they were told this was a done deal, if even they did not qualify for the refinance the respectful thing to do is contact them. I believe that [redacted] got my parent hopes up that this refinance was a done deal.Desired Settlement: Since they were told this was a done deal and they spent the money for the home appraisal complete this refinance.
