We went with a lender from this company in Mount Pleasant, SC. We were told and promised, by said lender, incorrect information multiple times. Two weeks before we were supposed to close on our house, we ended up switching to a different lending company who clarified that we were intentionally mislead. I am highly unsatisfied with the way the original lender conducted business. We were lied to and told we qualified for things that we didn't qualify for, paperwork went missing when we switched lenders. We haven't heard a word from them since. I have called their headquarters number to file a complaint but none of my calls have been returned. Do not use this company.
