john from residential heating and cooling did a furnace inspection for us - there were a few minor problems, which he pointed out to me, and, while he was conducting his inspection, he kindly explained some things to me about our furnace I needed to know, since we're just moving in and the unit is new to us - he was polite and efficient
the office person who scheduled the visit was kendall, and she responded quickly to my request for service, told me who was coming and gave me a window in which he'd arrive - he came within that window and despite an upcoming holiday and a surge in service calls due to a quick change in the weather, and me calling in too late in the afternoon to have service that day, I was scheduled for the very next day
I would call them again and recommend them to anyone who asked me
