am rejecting this response because: the company cannot dismiss me as if they are not unlawfully holding my moneyIf they cannot take care of the issue at the complex, then they will need to go through the process of having the money returned through corporateThe fact of the matter is that I paid a fee for my move-in, and the move in did not occurAt this point in time, according to the Texas laws, that money has to be returned to meI began the process of having it returned on September 8, They are way beyond the the appropriate time frame.
