So happy that Residential Construction (Randy) was referred to us for our major construction project We added a family room addition, new house roof and reconstruction of an existing flat garage roof
Randy is the most accommodating, patient and honest contractor that one can possibly deal with Having allergy & asthma issues to construction materials etc, Randy was very understanding and patient and willing to work with me on any concerns that I hadI was very nervous going into this project, but at every step of the way, Randy reassured me that he would do whatever was necessary to make sure I was comfortableI can't even imagine any other contractor willing to be so sympathetic to my health concerns/needs!
Also, our neighbors were so impressed at the quality of the work as well as the clean up Our property was cleaned up daily and dumpsters were hauled away when filled
Randy took care of every little detail - major & minor, that we had no worries regarding the construction, materials, fixtures etc His employees are all so very polite, trustworthy and hardworking Even our dog loved them all!
I highly recommend Residential Construction - this is our one and only "go to contractor" for future projects .....bath & kitchen remodel next
