We did not know that having student loans deferred would negatively affect the rental screening score. We offer to help any prospect to apply to see if they would be approved without any commitments, except for a $application fee for the cost of the credit background
check. However, I would be happy to refund *** *** her application fee. We will mail her check today. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused
