Reservations.com

RESERVATIONS.COM IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I made a reservation with what I thought was the [redacted], come to find out it was reservations.com. They charged my card the day after the reservation was made with out my authorization, it was only supposed to be to hold the room. I was offered 2 rates a lower NON refundable rate and a higher refundable rate...that should have been my first warning. Luckily I chose the refundable rate. On top if this, they couldn't explain the " fee's " so I asked and asked repeatedly about the fee and the question was evaded. I asked for an itemized list to be emailed. I canceled my reservation, now I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund AND they are refusing to refund the 14.99 " booking fee". I was never told about said outrageous fee, because I never would have booked with them had they told me. I will hound them every day until I am refunded and tell everyone that will listen to NEVER EVER use reservations.com
