I have used the company a number of yearsI have also used guest passes for friends and family that have benefited from the companies connectionsThey have always brought me a great experience and the few times that I was unhappy they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfiedThe dollar value to get into the program seems to be questionable and at first I regretted my decision as I felt that I could have put the money to better use after, my first family vacation to New York, I quickly realize that this was one of the best decisions that I have ever madeThey accommodated us with many activities and set up our vacation to be as easy as possibleWe were there with older family which we needed additional resources they had reserved a wheel chair for us at each airport and and electric one at the hotel so that we could keep moving and enjoy our vacation, this was at no extra cost and was extremely beneficialAlso note that the activities in the area we booked through the agency were at a wonderful discount, there was not an extreme savings with the hotel but the value was in the experience that they arranged for us

Horrible! I feel like such a fool by falling for their scam
The free flight to Las Vegas was only a turn around flight with no time in Las Vegas If I wanted to stay longer the cost was cost prohibitive
I tried to get my money back and was treated quite rudely It was obvious to me that the lawyer did this denial routinely They are sharp I do not know how they can sleep at night I truly hope they get what is coming to them They are spending our money and laughing all the way to the bank
