While visiting Oklahoma City on November 16th, a friend and I walked into the Wyndam Garden Hotel for a one night stayWe did not have a reservation but the staff at the front desk said they had rooms availableWhen we tried to pay with cash, the staff said they did not accept cashI gave them my debit card but advised them that it would probably be denied because of lack of fundsThey tried to run the card and it was deniedWe then left and found another hotel that would accept cash
On December 16th, 2017, days after our attempted stay, my debit card was charged $by the Wyndam Garden HotelAfter multiple phone calls to the hotel and my bank, I thought the problem had been resolved
On December 18th, 2017, the money had still not been credited back to my account from the hotelThe only thing the staff at the hotel had to do was fax something to my bank on their letterhead stating that they did not want to place a hold on the funds in my accountAfter info
