I paid $50 deposit for a class company changed time attendance and agreed to refund my money due to them making the unexpected change to the schedule[redacted] was the receptionist that I paid my $50 deposit to via my debit card. I registered for a NA I class in which I was to attend during morning hours. A few days before class was to begin [redacted] called me and informed me that due to a higher demand for night hours the time the class would meat had changed. I informed [redacted] I couldn't attend night classes due to my working at night and its then that she agreed to refund me my money. She ask me to call her back so that she could process refund because she had already closed out machine. I have made several attempts to call the company back requesting my refund of $50 and I have yet to receive it back. The company has a no refund policy, but [redacted] however did agree to refund me my money due to the school making the change not me.Desired Settlement$50 refundBusiness Response A refund was sent to the student; if needs a copy that will be done as well. The case has been resolved. Attempted to call potential student several times without success.
