I spoke to a rep [redacted] , I was denied for a consolidation loan because of low credit score, I explained I had s business go under which was the reason for my bad credit rating and the need for a loan, he wanted me to sign up for a resolution plan, when I asked questions about the plan he got upset and started insulting me about my credit, he never sent the info that he said he would and I feel like he was talking down to me because of my situation like I was not supposed to question anything

My Financial Consultant with Rescue One was George and I just want to say my experience with him was absolutely greatHe was concerned and wanted to do everything he could to assist and help me and walk me thru the processIf I had to do it over again I would want him or someone just like him to help meIt's good to be able to talk with someone like him who really shows they care about what you are going through
David S [redacted] from Freedom Debt Relief thoroughly handled my experience todayHe was extremely patient with my questions and concernsDavid was concerned that I fully understood the process and went over info with me, reexamining material to prevent any concerns I might have
My experience with them have been extremely positiveIt’s a personal issue that we all go through and it’s nice to know that they take it personal and really want to take a positive interest in our life
