Owner of the company, [redacted], gave us a written statement of what he would complete at my clinic. He was paid the entire amount ($1495.00) in two installments as per our agreement but never finished the job as detailed in the statement. He brought plants as mentioned but most of them have died even though at the time he had told us that they had a 1 year warranty. He put down the mulch without any prepping and without any liner underneath and now the clinic landscape looks worse than when he got the job. He never sprayed, or returned to trim the shrubs.
