This is in regards to the care my mother [redacted] has been receiving. I am her son [redacted]. She was advised that she would receive care twice a day for daily services due to her broken foot for a total of 4 hours per day. she advised me that she is only getting care typically once a day or not at all. She would like to speak to somebody directly if you can call her at ph# [redacted]. she also advised me that some of the helpers that go to her home are waiting to receive disability benefits and told her that they are only able to show up and not able to do any work. She is not receiving anywhere near 4 hours a day of help.
