It did not bounce,, we stopped payment on it because after 2 weeks, it had not been received or cashed...and our bank suggested it was most likely lost.
Again, I believe another attempt to discredit our store.
You can clearly see it was a cashiers check, and they do not bounce. Notice of "received document was never received back, as check was sent return receipt requested, and as of 2/8 check had not cleared the bank yet.
In the meantime, we were contacted by someone trying to solicit the case to be on TV, and were told MS [redacted] had accepted,.
We assumed that's why she was not cashing , or accepting the check.

[redacted] did indeed send a check to my attorney. My attorney had a death in the family that required him to be out of town for the first week and a half of February. I propose that you either wire the money owed, (wire instructions have been emailed to you), or send another check.The money is still owed to me by [redacted]. I have no intention of going on a TV show, I have no idea what that is about.
