Staff has lack of training, lack of management, abuse and neglect of clients can occur and does occur and even when ResCare knows of this they will not fire the staff until they have "strikes" so that they do not have to pay unemploymentLACK of caring for the welfare of the consumers

Went to visit a client after she was placed in a homeThe house was is poor conditionsWasn't able to use outlets, as plugs just fell outThe window in her room had no cover and was not properly sealed and cold air was coming thruThe staff is rude and acts as tho they don't want to be thereEach time I call I get an attitude from the staffThey treat the client as tho she is a child and take her things from herI over heard one staff member tell the client she wasn't taking her anywhere unless she gave her gas moneyI have made severl calls to Rescare and not one has been returnedVery unprofessional and they do not care about the clients needs
