It was not CLEAR that my credit card would be charged monthly nor was it my expectation that I was signing up for a monthly service plan but free servicesAlso, I received no email or written notification that I signed up for a monthly service plan nor do I have a record of any service agreement with Reputation.com There are hundreds of complaints against this company on the internet with customers having negative experiencesMany customers have complained of loosing large amounts of money with little to nothing to show in returnPlease perform due diligence before dealing with this company In response to my request, it appears that a refund has been issued
