My company received a phone call from a woman at Reputation Impression Inc. named [redacted] (I am unsure if this is the correct spelling of her name). I listened to her "sales pitch" and respectfully informed her that our company is not interested in their services. She became quite rude and standoffish when I rejected her offer.
Review: We have numerous time informed this company that Royal Services SC does not wish to make any business with them and to please not call any longer. They keep calling.
This morning I took yet another call from Reputation Impression and when I told the male individual to take us of any list and that we do not wish to do business he proceeded to take an aggressive tone follow by intimidating verbal tactics. the type tactic you hear on debt collectors.
I was extremely uncomfortable to say the list and hang upDesired Settlement: I would hope Revdex.com will contact the Management of this company to review their procedures

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: On 1-27-14 we received a call from this company and [redacted] S. claimed we had a negative review on our Revdex.com page and this company could fix that if we did business. At that moment while he was on the phone, we looked it up and it was a complete lie and when we called him on that he hung up. I called the number back and spoke with the director, I explained to him the conversation and well there was no satisfaction.Desired Settlement: Because of these type of phone calls and flat out lies, it puts a bad taste in your mouth. Companies that are legit should not nor be allowed to completely lie to us. This is a very simple complaint but very valid. If their business is to defend against a bad reputation should they not want to put forward their best? Apology?
