There was no way to know exactly when he mailed the payment outJust like he cannot help when the mail is delivered, neither can we
We spoke to this customer and offered to send him another receipt and we verified his address and mailed him out another receipt that day
There is no way of us knowing if he received it or not except that we did not received it back in the mail system
Our desired resolution would be for this customer to honor the contract he originally singed and pay the amount he owes
