We recently took over Mosaic Tile DirectWe received this complaint from Ms *** ***Ms*** ordered the wrong tile through www.***.com platform on her own from us, once the Fedex delivered the tile to her, she called us and advised us that we shipped the wrong tile to her,
we explained to her that we shipped exactly what she orderedShe insisted that it was not what she meant to order, she refused to take delivery from Fedex and sent the packages back to us costing us return shipping as wellAfter much back and forth, she finally admitted that it was her mistake and she ordered the wrong tileShe asked us for another selection of tiles, we showed her some more tilesShe refused and ask money back from usWe advised *** (as they handle all refunds) to issue refund to Ms*** less the shipping cost but *** made the mistake and issue shipping cost which was $but the matter has been resolved a long time ago where *** has refunded the customer her full purchase amount of $292.35....you can call and check with the customer to verify or you can call *** and give them this order number of *** to verify about refund. Since this was a *** order, we have no control over refund, its all handled by ***.
