I am rejecting this response because:On 10/7/2015 two Sleep number representatives came to my home to inspect my bed mattress. They concluded that both tops and bottom mattress need to be replaced.Also, see attached: My pressure /power cooker (packed by Mid-Cal Movers) also found to have a big dent on side also needs to be replaced.
As the customer states, her claim is in the hands of the insurance company. They are trying to do a thorough job of settling the claim in a fair manner. Sleep number mattresses are much more technical than a standard mattress, and the adjustor has determined that a rep from Sleep number...
should be called in to determine what needs to be done. I will contact our insurer and ask them to do everything they can to speed up the process. [redacted]

They are settling the claim based on the cost to repair the bed as determined by sleep number, along with the other items claimed. As we have a $1,000 deductible on our insurance, we will forward that amount to the customer upon her acceptance. The remainder of the settlement will come directly from our insurance company.
