Reporting House- D/B/A

Reporting House, DBA AssetAnalytix, has failed to comply with the terms of the mutually agreed upon contractual agreement.On September 10th, Reporting House entered into an agreement with[redacted] for them to attend a conference we would be holding in November. They failed to pay within the agreed upon timeframe, 5 business days, and on September 26th I informed them that we had to change the date of the event to December, which is within our rights as per the contract. Their payment arrived at our office on the 29th. Their decision was to cancel attendance, and they cancelled the check. The agreement only provides for a 50% refund of their investment in this situation. We extended all options to them to reschedule at a future event, even to extend any involvement package to them with no additional expense. They have declined to work with us. They have given no response to the option I provided which was for them to pay us 50% of the investment as per the terms of the agreement. I have spoken with the President,[redacted], and he has been exceedingly unprofessional on the phone, making threats to spread defamatory comments about our company and our business practices. He has asked that I no longer contact them. Hence, I am reaching out to Revdex.com as I have no interest in behaving in a less than professional manner.Desired SettlementTwo options for resolution exist. 1. They agree to work with us and reschedule for a future event, at which we will be exceedingly flexible in order to show them we can provide the product we agreed upon in September.2. They send us payment for the 50% they are obligated to pay, as per the agreement, if they decide not to reschedule.
