Typically when you make an order, you click a link that says "submit order" or something similarThis site did not do so I was supposed to get free shipping and a 10% discountThey charged me (overcharged actually) without my permissionI never clicked a submit or pay button Once I put in my credit card info I was taken to a page that stated my total, which was incorrect I was in the process of contacting them on my phone when all of a sudden, the order went through I have contacted via phone multiple times and was hung up on twiceI was hung up on the chat multiple times and no one will answer my email I used to order from the buymorecontacts.com site for the past or years and this is my first time trying to order from the new website for which they changed names I had to contact my bank to cancel my card and file a claim for fraudAs you can imagine, getting a new card can be a pain I am very disappointed in the experience I had and I hope no one shares itThere are better companies out there if you ask me

This order has been canceled and refunded in full per the customers request.
