Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I never had a leak in my roof before the work done by this companyI showed their representative the water damage, as well as the soaking wet sheetrock in my ceiling when he came to inspect itI also pointed out the places where the nails had chipped paint off my ceilings in various roomsHe took pictures, validated my complaint that the damage was indeed their responsibility, and assured me that someone would be out to fix itHe then went up to the roof and made some patch for the leakI called / texted the company for the next several weeks and finally got a response from them - notifying me that I didn't have proof of the damageTheir representative has picturesIf he's no longer with their company, I suppose that's very convenient for themNow they want me to pay for them to fix my ceiling? They caused this damage
