I understand the customer's position To reiterate, I stated in my initial response that this is the first that we in our offices here have heard that the situation still existed From the notes in the job record and via email, the electrical problem was being addressed in February I had further stated that I would be able to contact the customer directly by Monday 8/10, after investigating what occurred at the plumbing shop end of things I'm actually able to respond right now We have no problem at all with the customer's stated Desired Settlement of having an electrician repair the electrical circuit that customer states was damaged during installation of the new water line If the electrician determines that the issue was caused by the plumbers, the customer can simply forward the invoice to us for reimbursement
