Review: A little over three years ago I used Repel Restoration to water proof my basement. I had leaks in the concrete in three areas. They used a grout that they injected right into the concrete. I worked for the most part. In one area it started leaking again with heavy rain. I have a three year guarantee. I called them and left more than ten messages. I emailed them several times. They never returned my phone calls or emails. Now my warranty is up and every time it rains heavy my basement floods.Desired Settlement: I want them to come and fix the problem.
