On 1/27/2014, I received a phone call from a Heather at Repairing America stating that they have a cancellation and if I could accept an earlier appointment like 11am. I returned the call to accept the early appointment. On 1/28/14 a guy by the name of [redacted] came out and cut the bottom black liner on my couch to be able to get a clear picture on what needed to be done. The deposit for the repair was $45 dollars. I actually paid [redacted] $50 because neither of us had the correct change. I called [redacted] on 2/6/14 and express how upset I was because he has taken my money but has failed to call and inform me on when he could perform the repairs. He apologized and promised to call me back by the end of 2/7/14. It's now 2/12/13 and I have yet to receive 1 phone call. This is very unacceptable for any business. Customer satisfaction must be the most important focus for any company being that the customers pays the bills. Please, with all respect have lost 110% confidence and respect for this company. I need my entire $50 back asap, no exceptions. I gave them a chance to come clean after I had to call them. Please update me.Product_Or_Service: There were 2 broken Springs on my couchDesired SettlementI'm demanding a full 100% refund of $50. There's no exception for this. There customer service is extremely horrible!!!
