repair technology thrift and gift ID [redacted] [redacted] told me what's wrong with her laptop but in another way there was a miss understanding with here because she kept on repeating her self. I had her fill a paper out and she seamed confused how to fill it out so I helped her fill it out....

and everything I told her that could be wrong she was not understanding me at all. yes I do all kinds of computer repairs but not all goes super good. yes I did talk to here husband on the phone he was more understanding. they did bring it in on the 4/28/17 and I did tell them it might take a little longer because I broke my wrist and it was still in a cast at the time. yes I did tell the it will be ready on 5/1/17 but then the laptop gave some issues so it took longer to get it done. yes I told them $80 but the price changed when they wanted me to more things scene there where 2 services I gave them $50 discount. so there total went from $150 down to $100 plus tax 7.38 = 107.38. when things leave my shop they a fully working order because I test them before leaving and I show it to the customers when they pick it up. so if there having issues it will be something they did when it's home.
