Repair Max

Review: Repair Max (Steve V[redacted]) came to repair my Fisher and Paykel dishwasher on Nov 23, 2015; the top drawer would not start up. He replaced the "Main Board" and charged me $502.39. The dishwasher worked for approximately one week and began showing the EXACT symptoms, the top drawer would not start up.

Repair Max came out a second time to "make some adjustments". The dishwasher again worked for a few days then began to show the EXACT same symptoms, the top drawer would not start up.

We have called Repair Max and requested that he correct the repair or refund the $502.39, as the "Main Board" is obviously not the problem.

It has been over a month and still no resolution. Repair Max won't return calls at this point.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $502.39.
