REO Flooring was hired to replace flooring from water damageREO sales representative selected a [redacted] product for install and install was to be completed by end of MayOriginal install by this company had to be torn out and redone entirely due to "manufacture defect in engineered hardwood and problems with install" per REO Flooring owner Owner assured me that wood for second install would be "cherry picked" to make sure there where no manufacture defects I was also assured that there would be "four" people including the owner and his son overseeing the 2nd install to make sure it was done correctly My 2nd install was completed June 19th a day before my company was to arrive There were several concerns regarding the second install including: Planks in the living room area with a larger than reasonable color variation, larger than usual gaps between planks exposing concrete slab, ends of some planks did not appear to be stained showing exposed unstained wood that was visible,
