We are having great trouble dealing with this company, we provided service to the client through this company, the client *** *** made all the payments to BlackApple Solutions but BlackApple is giving very hard time to us in making the payments, starting Septhe payments are pending and keep on saying we are processing today, or processed already, they have several branches in US, UK and India, they are point to one location to other, accounts dept is not available, accounts guy is off today, your payments are processed, please bear with us, lots of emails, calls, even called UK branch, accounts head *** says we are using the funds, need to check the funds availability, we will check, he don't have any one's phone number but he is the head, he does not want me to talk to his boss, *** ***, *** ***, *** *** *** * *** all are giving bull*** answers but not processing the payment, This complete violation of contact and not at all following the ethics at least
